This article is an advertisement however all opinions are that of my own.
Are you looking for a breast pump where you make all the decisions? Well, look no further. MAM have the product for you! MAM are one of my favourite baby brands and yet again they have not disappointed.
The MAM 2 in 1 Single Breast Pump
I have to admit I came across this product when looking for my first electric breast pump. Before, I actually hand expressed! I had tried various different manual pumps but none were comfortable or effective.
When I heard this breast pump was a 2 in 1, I was a little worried it was going to come with a lot of parts but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Features
The pump does come with a few parts but not nearly as many as I expected and after reading the instructions I realised there are very few parts for the actual pump. So, what is included?
- Two Anti Colic Bottles
- A manual pump attachment
- An electric pump attachment
- The main hub
- A charger
- 2 storage pots
It includes all the essentials and it only takes 30 seconds to change it from a manual pump to and electric pump!
Benefits
Where do I start? Obviously, the best aspect of the pump is that it can be both electric and manual. It also only takes seconds to convert.
The breast pump also allows such flexible pumping. The compact hub allows for pumping when out and about as it has a reusable battery that you charge up.
You can toggle between a stimulation setting to get your milk flowing and then the expression mode once your milk is in full flow. There are also 9 different pumping strengths.
With so many options you think the controls would be a tad complicated but no. The controls are so user friendly!
Downfalls
This product is astounding and the only thing that could possibly make it better would be if they provided a little bag for storage when not in use. However, for now you’ll just have to use your own.
Mother Perry’s Opinion
I love this breast pump. It’s everything you could ask for and perfect if you are looking for an all in one. It is so comfortable and soft around your breast. It’s quiet enough to use when baby is napping. I can’t believe I didn’t find it sooner. This is definitely a “Mother Perry Must Have”.
Where to Buy
The MAM 2 in 1 Single Breast Pump can be found in various highstreet stockists such as John Lewis, Mothercare, ASDA and Argos. Alternatively it can be found on Amazon. The pump retails at around £130 which I would say is good for what you get.

I love this photograph! This is how we should advertise breast feeding. It’s not something that should need to be hidden, it’s something that mums should be proud of. You go girl!
Haha exactly! It doesn’t need to be kept quiet. It can be loud and proud too.
